The aim is a faster, more agile finance function that keeps its accuracy and control: less manual work, shorter reporting cycles, sharper FP&A decisions, and a team that stays accountable for every number.
Ciarán brings finance and operational leadership, and technology delivery, in one person. He has more than twenty years in finance leadership, around seven of them as Group CFO of an ASX-listed company, and has led HR and legal as well as finance. He designs, builds and runs governed AI-agent systems on his own projects, with real users at small scale.
